Farmer’s Market Vegetarian Tasting Menu – Wednesday Evenings $25
On Monday our Chef Ricardo Heredia receives a report from Specialty Produce and Suzie’s farm about what is available this week from the farms.
He then places his order; the farmers pick the produce on Tuesday and bring it to market today.
Specialty meets the farmers at the market in the morning and we receive the product from them in the afternoon as with Suzie’s delivery.
Once the produce is in house the Chef puts together a lovely menu for the night of three fabulous courses for your enjoyment.
